- 3 tbsp pistachio bsissa (Tunivibe jar)
- 4 slices of wholegrain toast or crackers
- 1 cup homemade yogurt
- 2 tbsp chia, flax, and hemp seed pudding
- ½ cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- Honey or maple syrup (optional)
Method
- Toast the bread or arrange crackers on a plate.
- Spread 1 tbsp of pistachio bsissa evenly on each slice or cracker.
- Spoon the seed pudding and homemade yogurt over the top.
- Scatter mixed berries on the spread.
- Drizzle with honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness (optional).
- Serve immediately and enjoy a crunchy, protein-packed snack.
