Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp pistachio bsissa (Tunivibe jar)
  • 4 slices of wholegrain toast or crackers
  • 1 cup homemade yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chia, flax, and hemp seed pudding
  • ½ cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional)

Method

  1. Toast the bread or arrange crackers on a plate.
  2. Spread 1 tbsp of pistachio bsissa evenly on each slice or cracker.
  3. Spoon the seed pudding and homemade yogurt over the top.
  4. Scatter mixed berries on the spread.
  5. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness (optional).
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy a crunchy, protein-packed snack.
