How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@tunivibe.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
