- Gift cards or promotional items.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@tunivibe.com with your order number, reason for the return, and photos if applicable.
- Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@tunivibe.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
